SUSTAINABLE IDEAS - A YOUNG ITALIAN AT THE UN
To all young people who want to make their voice heard from the leaders of the world
Hello,
My name is Nicolò, I'm 25 and I've been invited to the next session of the UN Commission on Sustainable Development, the highest inter-governmental forum for safeguarding the future of our planet. The event will take place at the UN Headquarters in New York City, USA, from May 3 to May 14 2010 and will be followed by the 1st Preparatory Meeting of the Earth Summit 2012. In both cases, I'll be attending as the only representative of my country.
I'll have the responsibility and honor to serve as the voice of young people from all over the world in the work of the Commission, as one of the members of the Major Group Children & Youth, and that's why I need your help!
Send me your thoughts on the following themes and I'll make sure to include them in the works of the Commission:
In order to bring young people's voices to the UN, I need your help: with all my efforts, I'll do my best to be a good representative of our generation!
Thank you,
